    WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    We provide 4 shipping options to most destinations. All orders will be shipped within one business day. Please select Standard Super Saver if shipping to P.O. Boxes.

    Shipping Options:

    Standard Rates Table
    We offer FREE Standard Super Saver shipping on all orders of $30.00 or more within the contiguous US states ONLY. For orders shipping to AK, HI & Canada, please select "Standard Super Saver (United States Postal Service)", as this is the only shipping service available and additional shipping charge will be added to the standard shipping charge.
    Orders shipped to AK and HI will arrive 3 - 6 business days and to Canada will arrive 6 - 10 business days after the order leaves our warehouse. Arrival time for shipments outside the 48 Contiguous States may vary.

    Shipping rate based on product weight. We do not charge handling fee.
    UPS Shipment maybe substituted by FedEx.

    International Shipping Rates
    we ship all the international orders via "Global Express Mail" provided by United State Postal Service with tracking and order will be shipped after the payment is received. Shipping rate based on product weight. First pound is $25.00 and $5 for each additional pound. International customers are responsible for any customs and/or other fees that may be levied on merchandise once it arrives in your home country/region. Customs charges can vary widely from one country/region to another. If you are unsure, you should contact the customs agency in your country/region to find out if the items you are purchasing will be subjected to customs or other fees.

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    After Igiftbox.com receives your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your shipment, including your tracking number. You can keep track of your order and shipping information online.

    USPS Package Delivery Confirmation
    Using your USPS shipment tracking number, you can confirm if a package has been delivered by visiting the USPS web site located at http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm.

    UPS Package Tracking
    Using your UPS shipment tracking number, you can determine the status of your package by visiting the UPS web site located at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html or by calling UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877.

    FedEx Package Tracking
    Using your FedEx shipment tracking number, you can determine the status of your package by visiting the FedEx web site located at http://www.fedex.com/Tracking or by calling FedEx directly at 1.800.Go.FedEx (1-800-463-3339).

    (Please note that some circumstances may affect delivery of your order, such as whether your shipping address is a house or an apartment and whether deliveries can be left outdoors. UPS, FedEx or USPS policies for your area may dictate that your package be held at a local office until you pick it up in person. Call your local UPS, FedEx or U.S. Post Office directly to learn the delivery policy for your area.)

    International Orders
    Good news International Shoppers! We accept International orders. We accept international credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The billing address on order MUST match the billing address associated with the customer’s credit card. Please note that if we are uncomfortable or uncertain about the validity of your order, we may contact you and ask that you provide identification before proceeding with your order. We hope you understand that this is for both your security and ours. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs or duties. Your order will be shipped after the payment has been received. International shipping time vary from countries ranges from 3 to 14 business days.

    Quantity Orders
    We welcome quantity orders. Please send us email to ask about the details. It will take approximately 2 weeks for us to ship quantity orders.

    We do not rent, sell or share our email list. If you decide you no longer wish to receive e-mail from us, every e-mail we send to you includes simple instructions on how to opt out of future communications.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange. Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase and must be in original and packaging. If purchase is returned without original packaging and not in original condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Opened, used, or washed items cannot be accepted for return. If you choose to return an item, we'll refund the price of the item plus the applicable sales tax, but we will not refund the shipping charges to and from Igiftbox.com. For your protection, return your item using carrier who offers package tracking such as UPS or FEDEX.

By paying with a Credit Card, you authorize Igiftbox to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order including shipping and any applicable sales tax. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. Please make sure the billing address you enter matches the address where your monthly credit card statements are sent. For International customers, please refer to our International orders policy.
